Curling is also played in wheelchairs.

This recreational sport offers a unique opportunity for people in wheelchairs to play alongside able-bodied curlers or take part in competitions dedicated to wheelchair teams. The rules of the game are the same, except that that there is no sweeping.

Curling is one of the more affordable wheelchair sports since it requires very little equipment – only a delivery stick. You can use your everyday wheelchair, whether it is electric or manual.

Come and discover curling in the Sous-Moulin rink and join the section! Training is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 pm to 10 pm. You will be able to join a team, take part in the club championships and Geneva cup, and share moments of conviviality. All areas of the rink – including the restaurant – are accessible to people with reduced mobility. After a bit of practice, you can also take part in para-curling tournaments and play against other wheelchair teams. After a bit of practice, you can also take part in para-curling tournaments and play against other wheelchair teams.
